Every purchase helps support our family’s adoption journey, and we are grateful for your support.

Order Processing

All Dock & Dune products are made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed, please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for production
  • Additional transit time for shipping

During periods of high demand, holidays, sales events, or unforeseen supplier delays, processing times may be extended.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Holiday volume
  • Manufacturer or supplier issues
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Dock & Dune is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help resolve issues when possible.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package has not arrived within 14 days of its expected delivery date, please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL].

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered during checkout, please contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
